BOOT worked closely with residents to ensure minimum disruption to the local community during the build project.
Construction began in 2017 with extensive ground source pipework and revised soakaways before the installation of a new sewage treatment plant. The main dwelling was built using traditional brickwork techniques with timber frame windows, complete with a farmhouse kitchen, tiled bathrooms and shower room. The cart lodge was built to our client’s specifications, including automated doors.
