Paul has worked on some of the biggest projects in the county throughout his extensive career and brings unrivalled experience to the team.
Paul said: “I just love working in construction. I have always enjoyed practical things and seeing the results of your work – and we have delivered some incredible ones here at BOOT.
“My dad worked in construction on the teaching side of things, so I was exposed to the industry from a young age.
“I was fortunate enough to work for some amazing companies and earn myself a sponsorship with a large local firm before going on to completing my Construction Management degree.”
Paul quickly made a name for himself in the industry, earning himself a First Class Honours degree alongside numerous awards.
He later worked on major projects across East Anglia, including the construction of Landmark House, before setting up BOOT.
Paul’s time working with Tier 1 construction companies has helped shape BOOT and the way it operates, with all work completed to the highest of standards.
He said: “What makes us stand out to competitors is how personable we are. We see ourselves as part of our clients’ team, sharing their end goal and vision – and taking a real interest and passion in their project.
“It is because of our dedication to quality that we made a name for ourselves very quickly as a business. Within a year of setting up, we found ourselves on the Suffolk County Council framework, which is unheard of for a new business.
“We use our experience to implement policies that ensure our work is delivered to the highest calibre. We continue to take on intricate, challenging jobs and achieve incredible results for our clients.
“We strive for excellence and are never afraid of taking on a challenge.”
When not in the office or getting stuck-in on site, you won’t find Paul sat with his feet up.
He added: “I just can’t sit still. I love to always have something to do.
“I love discovering new places with my family or sailing along the River Deben.
“We are very lucky to call Suffolk home.”
