Our team have been working on the 500sqm five-bedroom property since December 2022 and are making great progress on the bespoke build.
The impressive design utilises a wide range of materials – from Danish linear bricks to the extensive use of glass.
The first-floor bedrooms and full-length balconies offer both stunning views of the sea and landscaped garden.
The three-storey property also includes a glass walkway connecting rooms on the first floor, while the open ground floor dining space feels even more expansive with the addition of curved interior walls.
We continue to meet with the client every fortnight throughout the build process – who are thrilled with the progress so far.
We have also liaised closely with fellow Suffolk firm Beech Architects since the beginning of the project and remain in awe of their incredible designs.
Construction is due to be completed by Easter 2024.
Ashley Davey, our Contracts Manager, said: “The client has had this dream house in mind for more than 10 years now. It is such an incredible design in an amazing coastal location.
“The tendering process took a lot of time but we are so pleased to have won the work. It is such a unique project and one we have all enjoyed working on.
“Being a small business means we work closely with our clients and it has been great meeting with them every fortnight throughout the project. We pride ourselves on that level of service we provide clients.
“Knowing you are making your client’s dream come true is a great feeling. I’m over the moon, to be honest.”
