We were tasked by Concertus to build the two-storey house for Suffolk County Council’s tenant farmer in Hopton-on-Sea.
BOOT conducted external works to provide surface water drainage, including soakaways, foul drainage and a new sewage treatment plant before embarking on the build. An access driveway linking the property to the nearby road was also created.
The modern two-bedroom property and large adjacent external garage were delivered ahead of time, exceeding the client’s expectations – particularly for the way the build harmonised with the local coastal landscape.
