We were tasked with removing all fossil fuel heating systems throughout the depot site and replacing them with more energy efficient air-source heat pumps.
New windows and doors were also fitted to boost the building’s energy efficiency rating alongside the installation of a new air conditioning unit.
The depot remained fully operational throughout the different phases of the project, creating unique challenges for our team to navigate.
The work was made possible thanks to our inclusion on the Suffolk Construction Framework, achieved thanks to our longstanding commitment to quality and excellence.
