At BOOT we help build the Suffolk businesses of tomorrow – and make the growth of existing names possible through our corporate projects.
We have supported businesses around the county – and the wider East Anglia region – in building bespoke office spaces, headquarters and depots that make a lasting impact.
Those have included both independent businesses and multi-million-pound corporations, ranging from renovating town centre offices to constructing a 17,500 sqft industrial unit.
We understand the unique challenges businesses face during construction and strive to deliver projects ahead of time and on budget to minimise disruption.
Paul Norris, our Managing Director, built BOOT from the ground up after leaving a Tier 1 construction company – and is passionate about supporting others through our work.
He said: “Every corporate project we undertake is designed to add value to an organisation, tailored to their unique circumstances and goals.
“We have worked closely with so many businesses across the region through projects that help facilitate their growth and expand their offering – which is a great feeling for us as a company.
“There is no job too big or too small when it comes to our expert team and the highest standards of work we deliver.”
Much of the corporate work we are now undertaking relates to decarbonisation. This has included removing fossil fuel heating systems at a <Suffolk Highways depot site> and replacing them with more energy efficient air-source heat pumps.
We expect the demand for these works to increase as the country pushes towards net zero – and the team here at BOOT are the best positioned to support a business on their journey towards greener operations.
