We work closely with architects to make even the most complicated structures feasible in our steadfast commitment to meeting our clients’ brief. We want our creations to become their forever homes and be a place to create new, life lasting memories.
Examples include our housebuilding project on the Suffolk coast, an awe-inspiring home that captures the artistic nature and flair of its owners. The home is by far the most intricate, exciting and all-round stunning home we have ever worked on – with the BOOT team successfully navigating numerous challenges along the way to meet the client’s brief.
Many housebuilding projects also see us involved in the demolition of previous properties. That was the case in Hasketon, where we demolished an existing dwelling before constructing a bespoke four-bedroom home and cart lodge.
The build was completed using traditional brickwork techniques with timber frame windows, alongside a farmhouse kitchen to complement its characteristic rural Suffolk charm.
Other countryside home projects include a two-storey extension to a property in Battisford, where it was essential our works perfectly blended modern functionality with its existing rural character.
But sometimes work are more complicated than simply matching the character for aesthetic reasons. We often work on listed buildings where it is essential our builds are both sympathetic and meet all necessary legislation – such as on a renovation project in Debach.
